Warranty Coverage

Codie, LLC warrants that the Codie Blocks™ Block Dock Starter Kit will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.

• Manufacturing defects in the Block Dock, coding blocks, and included accessories.
• Malfunctions resulting from normal use in educational or home settings.

• Manufacturing defects in the Block Dock, coding blocks, and included accessories.
• Malfunctions resulting from normal use in educational or home settings.
• We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase for digital products or subscriptions, provided no substantial usage has occurred (e.g., completed modules, downloaded content).
• Refunds will not be issued after 14 days or if significant usage is detected.

What's Not Covered

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, or unauthorized modifications.
• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by use with non-Codie Blocks™ products.
• Damage from water, extreme temperatures, or improper storage.

What We'll Do

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Codie, LLC will, at its
discretion:

• Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
• Replace the product with a new or equivalent product.

How to Make a Claim

• Proof of purchase,
• A description of the issue,
• Photos or video if applicable.

We may request the return of the defective product for inspection before issuing a replacement.

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. To the extent
permitted by law, Codie, LLC shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages
resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
