At Codie, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality educational products and services that support young learners and educators. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:

Physical Products (e.g., Codie Blocks Sets)

  • Customers may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be returned in like-new condition, with all original components and packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.

Digital Products & Subscriptions (e.g., App Access, Curriculum)

  • We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase for digital products or subscriptions, provided no substantial usage has occurred (e.g., completed modules, downloaded content).
  • Refunds will not be issued after 14 days or if significant usage is detected.

Trade Show or Promotional Sales

All sales made during trade shows or through promotional pricing are considered final, unless the product is defective upon receipt.
